Chordec does chord recognition for songs from your iOS device. It was originally developed by Weibin Shen and is now re-released. Its algorithm has the highest accuracy among published algorithms till at least the end of 2012.
Chord recognition accuracy under default Sensitivity value:
82% if counting only major and minor chords,
65% if counting only maj, min, aug, dim, 7, maj7 and min7
Chordec features a Sensitivity slider. It can change the sensitivity of the chord recognition model. Although the default value of this slider can return meaningful chord estimation results for majorities of the music out there, for some music, tweaking this value may return a better chord recognition result.

only used on 1 song so far, but chord analysis was pretty on point and the ability to slow down or speed up is just awesome. easy, intuitive interface design.
one thing i do miss is the ability to change the key of an analyzed song. other than that, im super pleased with my purchase ! x

App works fine here, quite impressive actually, threw some challenging chord progressions at it and it came out okay. Surprising.
Could certainly stand some cosmetic tweaks perhaps, but worth 5 stars even as is.
Runs perfectly, shows almost exact chord but when u pause and play again for couple of times than it stuck, and have to start all over again. Hope the developer will fix it. Otherwise 5 star.
Some bad moments
Cant even analyze a song keep getting error messages when trying to load a song. I need my money back.
I want my money back, all my music is downloaded to my Icould and it still doesnt load the song. Disappointed, I want my money back
This wont load any of my songs that I have downloaded from Apple Music.
Poorly done. I literally put a song on that was only piano and nothing else and it only got like half of the chords and they werent even correct. All i want is to know the fricking chords being played...
Works really well for songs where the chords are cleanly played.
It works for me I play the piano and it actually shows the cords, you can slow down or fasten the song. I love it!
